Hi everyone, thank you all for being so patient through these trying times. We are re-opening on the 1st June, unless Government advice changes and we are currently making alterations to the salon to ensure the safety of us all which includes maintaining social distancing.
So what is the plan for making appointments from this point on?
Firstly, we will be prioritising all customers whose appointments were cancelled between 23rd March and 31st May. We will be contacting you from tomorrow to see when we can re-book you in and we will be doing this in date order. If we leave you a message please contact us sooner rather than later as we will continue down the list with re-bookings.
As we have many loyal customers who had an appointment cancelled in this period and already have appointments in June and July we may be able to, but cannot guarantee, that we can bring your next appointment forward.
Existing customers who did not have an appointment cancelled or a future appointment booked will then be contacted in order of the date they contact us from this point onwards asking for appointment.
Lastly, any new customers requesting an appointment will be put on a waiting list.
As you can appreciate, we only have a limited number of available slots and the number of dogs we can groom a day is going to be reduced with the amount of sanitising we will need to do between grooms.
